The first step is to pick up the phone and give us a call. Our friendly team will ask you a few basic questions about your pet’s health and needs, and we will schedule your visit. During your appointment, our team will check you in, make sure you are taken care of the right way, and will soon escort you to your private exam room. We will spend some times learning about your pet’s history, answering any and all questions you might have, and will thoroughly examine your pet’s health. Your dog or cat will be in the best of hands, and we will make sure that you can trust us just as much as they trust you. Because you both deserve that.
I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 10 years. The doctor’s and staff have always been kind, knowledgeable, and even sympathetic in those tough times of a pets illness, or passing. And though their prices are MORE than fair… it’s the quality of care that kept us going!
All the staff is friendly and caring and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lansing Animal Hospital. We’ve been to another vet here in Indiana and they don’t compare so we will gladly travel the extra distance to Illinois to get the care and compassion given by all the staff at Lansing. I have been bringing my pets to lansing animal hospital for a very long time and I would never recommend anywhere else to go. The staff is super friendly and I have seen a few of their veterinarians and have not one complaint. I recently had to put my cat to sleep and they were so supportive and thoughtful.
