Of course there’s no place like home for your pet. But at Lansing Animal Hospital, we like to think we are the next best thing! Whether you are traveling for a few hours or a few days, we can provide safe and comfortable boarding services for your cat or dog.
As a full-service veterinary hospital, we understand that our clients are busy, and that having a safe place where their pets can stay and receive the quality boarding they need is a very important part of their pet’s overall care. This is why we offer pet boarding and grooming services to all of our current and new clients.
For the safety of all of our boarders, pets boarding with us are required to be current on all vaccinations, blood tests, and parasite screens (fecal tests). Also, we cannot accommodate pets that have displayed aggressive or anti-social behavior. We offer a limited number of boarding spaces, so booking in advance is a good idea.

Grooming
Sara is our talented pet stylist and has been with us for more than 2 years. She has 9 years of grooming experience, as well as a furry baby of her own named Lush, who is a 5-year-old Shepard mix that she adopted from a local shelter.
Sara does grooming by appointment and offers a very flexible schedule throughout the week and on Saturdays to accommodate our clients’ schedules. While your pet is in her care, you can rest assured that they are receiving the highest in care, and that she is treating them as she would her very own pet.
As part of our luxurious spa experience your pet will receive:
- Two baths
- A conditioning treatment
- A fur cut
- Ear cleaning
- Nail trimming
- Teeth brushing
Services offered at an additional cost include:
- Nail grinding
- Anal sac expression
