Dr. Nava graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2008, with honors. She has been with the Lansing Animal Hospital team since 20XX and loves the family-like atmosphere our clinic offers.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. But growing up on a farm, I loved being around animals and find them very comforting. So, I decided to become a veterinarian. My goal for every patient visit is to make sure the client feels comfortable with the treatment plan. While I know what may be best for the animal, it’s important that the plan work for the family, their budget and lifestyle. I try to live by the saying ‘Treat others as you would like to be treated’.
Dr. Nava and her husband have twin boys and two Akita dogs. In her free time, she enjoys Muay Thai Kickboxing.
